What is spray foam insulation?

There are two types of Spray Foam insulation; Closed-Cell and Open-Cell.

Spray foam insulation creates an airtight seal that helps improve energy efficiency, reduce drafts, and increase comfort throughout your home or building. We will provide you with the best recommendation to fit your specific need. 

What’s the difference between open-cell and closed-cell spray foam?

Open-cell spray foam is lightweight, flexible, and excellent for sound reduction and interior walls. Closed-cell spray foam is denser, has a higher R-value per inch, adds structural strength, and provides excellent moisture resistance, making it ideal for crawl spaces, metal buildings, and exterior applications.

How long does installation take?

Every project is different, but most residential jobs are completed in one day. Larger homes and commercial projects may require additional time.

Will I need to leave my home during installation?

For spray foam installations inside of the living space we require that homeowners and pets remain out until the foam has fully cured. Typically, between 12-24 hours. We’ll discuss the timeline with you before your project begins.

Will insulation lower my energy bills?

Proper insulation can significantly reduce energy loss by helping your heating and cooling systems work more efficiently. Many customers notice lower utility bills after installation.

Does insulation help reduce noise?
